Begin building your travel business and enjoy your unlimited travel savings
To access Vacation Vault, you first sign up as an independent travel agent with International Vacations, Inc. Once your registration is complete and your payment has been made, you will be issued a unique PIN number. That PIN gives you your “keys to the vault” and allows you to access the members-only hotel booking platform.
From there, you can begin searching and booking your own hotel stays right away. There is no booking quota to meet and no waiting period before you are eligible to use the program.
Becoming an independent travel agent with International Vacations, Inc. is simple! First, complete your registration by filling out the online registration form. Once your registration is submitted, you will be emailed a Welcome Guide with everything you need to get started, including the payment link and instructions for submitting your required documents.
As part of the onboarding process, you’ll need to:

✅ Sign the required Independent Contractor Agreement
✅ Provide a W-9 and government-issued ID

Vacation Vault is available to eligible members and agents who have been given access through International Vacations, Inc. Access is not open to the general public.
No. Your Vacation Vault PIN is unique to you and may not be shared with anyone else.
Members may book hotel stays for themselves and their immediate family members, but they may not give their PIN or login access to another person to use on their own.
Members who are caught sharing their PIN may be terminated from the Vacation Vault program and may also risk losing their independent travel agent status with International Vacations, Inc.
No. Vacation Vault is a personal hotel savings benefit exclusively for our active agents and does not pay commission on bookings made through the platform.
The value of the program comes from access to private deeply discounted hotel rates and potential savings on your own travel.
Yes. Independent travel agents with active accounts in good standing with International Vacations, Inc. may still earn commission on eligible travel bookings made outside of the Vacation Vault platform.
To qualify, bookings must be made through approved supplier booking channels and follow International Vacations, Inc.’s normal commission policies, supplier rules, and booking procedures.
Vacation Vault bookings are different. They are a personal hotel savings benefit and do not pay agent commission.
Savings can vary by hotel, destination, travel dates, room type, and availability. Vacation Vault does not guarantee that every hotel will be the lowest price available, and we always encourage members to compare options before booking.
That said, there are many examples where Vacation Vault pricing has been significantly lower than public hotel rates. The best way to see the value is to search your destination and travel dates inside the platform and compare the available options.
Once you have received your unique Vacation Vault PIN, you can access the private booking platform and search for hotels by destination, travel dates, and number of travelers.
When you find a hotel option that works for you, review the room details, total pricing, taxes and fees, cancellation policy, and any hotel-specific terms before completing your reservation. Once your booking is submitted and confirmed, you will receive the reservation details for your trip.
All Vacation Vault hotel bookings are self-service, so members are responsible for reviewing the details carefully before booking.
By purchasing the International Vacations Hotels & Resorts Savings Program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
The Program is intended for the exclusive use of the cardholder, their spouse, and children aged 18 and under living in the same household as the cardholder. It is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or gifted to others.
Any violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of your personal pin number without refund.
International Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of the Hotels & Resorts Savings Program including but not limited to code cancellation.
The International Vacations, Inc. Hotel & Resort Savings Program cannot be sold or turned into cash. It’s not a credit or debit card and doesn’t have any cash value. It can’t be combined with any other offers and is only valid for the cardholder and their immediate family (spouse/significant other and children under 18 in the same household. While the cardholder is there, non-family members can stay in the same room up to the hotel’s occupancy limit.
We take the integrity of our program seriously to ensure fair and equitable access to savings for all cardholders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This is a members only program- not available to the general public.
