What You Need to Know
- Sign up by filling out our application. Once approved, you will receive your welcome email and access to the Affiliate Resource Kit.
- You’ll receive your own unique link to share on social media, your website, email, or anywhere you promote the opportunity.
- Use your link to promote our Independent Travel Agent program. Anyone who signs up through your link counts toward your commission, even if they enroll at a sale price.
- You earn 30 percent of the sign-up fee for every new agent who joins through your link. Commissions are paid once the new agent: • Pays in full • Completes registration • Passes the 30-day hold period
- You must be 18 or older to participate Affiliates must be U.S. residents.
- Commission is only paid after the new agent pays in full A 30-day hold applies to all payouts.
- No misleading or deceptive marketing Be honest, accurate, and follow International Vacations, Inc. program guidelines.

How much do I earn?
Becoming an independent travel agent with International Vacations, Inc. is simple! First, complete your registration by filling out the online form. Once your registration is submitted, you will be emailed a Welcome Guide with everything you need to get started, including the payment link and instructions for submitting your required documents.
As part of the onboarding process, you’ll need to:
✅ Submit your payment
✅ Sign the required Independent Contractor Agreement
✅ Provide a W-9 and government-issued ID
Once these steps are completed, you’ll gain access to IV AgentHQ, where you’ll find
the tools and resources to start booking travel and building your business!
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid 30 days after the new agent pays in full.
Is there a limit to what I can earn?
No. You can earn unlimited commissions.
What kind of training and support do you offer?
Do I need to be a travel agent?
No. Anyone can apply to be an affiliate.
How much does it cost?
It’s completely free!
Will I receive any travel discounts as an affiliate?
No. Affiliates do not receive travel agent perks, travel discounts, or agent-only rates.
However, if you want access to those benefits, you can also sign up to become a travel agent with International Vacations, Inc. Your affiliate status and agent status are completely separate.
Affiliates also do not earn commission on their own travel agent enrollment.
Do I earn a commission if I sign up as a travel agent myself?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. Commission is only paid when someone else signs up through your affiliate link. Affiliates with at least one agent sign up are eligible for a 30% discount when they sign up as a travel agent.
