1. The hotel details section will display the hotel selected, date of check in, number of nights and the rate for the entire stay.
Note: Rate includes all taxes and fees.
2. Enter the names of each traveler in the first and last name fields.
3. Includes lists inclusive items such as continental breakfast or full breakfast etc.
4. Type any special requests like nonsmoking room etc. in the special requests field. The hotel will be notified and they will make every attempt to honor your request.
5. In the commission section, you can add an additional dollar mark-up commission amount to be added on top of the already 10% commission you will receive by entering the dollar amount in the amount field.
6. Customer Billing Details: This section must be filled out completely before selecting the [book] button. No hotels will be confirmed until payment information is entered.
7. Enter your information in the Agent Details section.
8. Click (Book) to proceed with the booking.
Notes: No actual booking will take place until the end of the entire transaction. Hotels showing available will provide immediate confirmations from our allotment.
9. Add Other Hotels: Additional hotels in other cities may be added to the same itinerary for the same trip by clicking on the [Add other hotels] box.
10. You can click [Remove] any time to remove a hotel from the itinerary.
