All hotel rates are per room and include taxes and service fees.

How do I make a hotel reservation?
After registering for the International Vacations hotel booking engine: Enter the destination city for the hotel requested.
- Enter the dates of your client's check-in and check-out.
- Select the star rating of the hotels requested (system default is to provide all hotels in a given city if not specified)
- Select the numbers of rooms desired (up to 5 rooms) note- call the group desk for requests of 6 rooms or more.
- Select the number of adults and children (under 18) staying in the same room.
- Click the [search] button.
- Select a hotel by clicking on the [book] button.
- After reviewing the reservations information, fill in the names of hotel clients, type any special room requests, add any additional mark-up to your 10% commission and then fill in the clients billing details.
- Click on the [book] button.
- The next screen will show that your room has been reserved. Enter the credit card payment information and then click [apply payment].
- The next screen will show that your payment has been applied pending credit card verification.
- You will receive an instant email confirmation that your reservation has been confirmed.

What happens after I have made a reservation?
Payment verification will take place within 24 hours (for reservations made Monday – Thursday) or on the following Monday if the reservation is made on Friday – Sunday. You will receive and instant email when the payment status is accepted. This will be followed by email copy of the hotel information and a copy of the hotel payment voucher. This voucher must be given to the hotel client for presentation to the hotel upon check-in.
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a reservation after a booking has been confirmed, payment applied, payment accepted or the voucher has been issued the following procedure will apply:
- Send an Email to [info@internationalvacation.com] requesting that a reservation needs to be cancelled.
- Please include the booking number, clients names, check-in and check-out dates and the name of the hotel. The reservation will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the appropriate credit card less any cancellation penalties.
- If a commission has been paid to the agency of record a commission recall notice will be issued to the agency of record and once the commission recall amount is received by International Vacations, Inc the credit card will be refunded.
- No show will result in no refund.
How do I check on my bookings?
After you have signed in with your login and password, click on the my bookings tab to view the status on all your bookings.
What is the cancellation policy on my bookings?
There is no refund for all reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice to check-in date.

Am I paid 10% commission on all bookings?
Yes, all booking earn 10 % commission on the base cost of the hotel. (No commissions are earned on the taxes and service fees)
May I add an additional mark-up to my bookings?
Yes, you may add an additional mark-up in US dollars if you wish. This additional markup must be placed in the appropriate field prior to submitting credit card for payment. The credit card charge form amount must match the amount listed as the total cost of the booking. Under no circumstances is a different amount to be listed on the credit card authorization form. If a different amount is found on the credit card authorization form, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
When and how will commissions be paid?
Commissions will be paid to the agency of record within 7 days of payment acceptance.
How do I book a group?

May I book by telephone rather than online?
Yes, after identifying the hotel you would like to request we will be happy to book it for you.
How do I pay for a hotel reservation?
Online bookings must be paid for by credit card at the time of booking. If you need to make a payment by any other form of payment please call us at 800 727-0352 and we will make the reservation for you and use an alternative form of payment.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?
American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Your privacy and security are of upmost importance to us. We will never divulge any of your encrypted account information to anytone without your consent . Your credit card information is protected by a Security Layer Protocol (SSL). Credit card information is only stored for seven (7) days and is then purged from the system.
What if I have a special room request?
Simply type your special request in the appropriate field and we will communicate your request to the hotel reserved.

How can I update my personal information?
