Airfare and vacation package purchases may be 100% non-refundable. All purchases MAY be changeable for a fee that is determined by the tour operator that you have made your reservation with. It is highly recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. Please see below.

For every sale, International Vacations offers the option to purchase travel insurance to cover the customer against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur prior to, during or after your trip. There are different types of insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is an optional decision to the customer. International Vacations highly recommends purchasing travel insurance. If the customer wants to make an insurance claim it is their responsibility to contact International Vacations as soon as possible.
