We specialize in group travel to Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. We also provide for air only group travel to most destinations outside of the United States.

It takes a minimum of 10 passengers to form a group. In the event that your group falls under the 10 seat minimum, passengers will be considered as individuals and must be ticketed at the applicable fare. Any penalties incurred will be assessed at that time.

A deposit of $100.00 per seat will be due on a pre-arranged date and the final payment will also be set on a pre-arranged date. All payment schedules must be met or the reservations will be subject to cancellation without notice. All deposits are credited toward final payment.

Generally final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

Deviations are granted by the airline based on availability and the fare is subject to change without notice. There may be an additional charge for deviations.

Seats cancelled 90 days or more prior to departure will incur no cancellation penalties. Seats cancelled between 89 and 60 days will allow for a 15% reduction in the total number of seats booked without penalty. Seats cancelled less than 60 days before departure will incur substantial penalties and may vary according to airline contracts.

Ticketing will be processed immediately upon receipt of final payment. Once ticketed, no name changes are allowed and all group tickets are non-refundable.

All group tickets will be ticketed electronically and an additional charge will be applied for all paper ticket requests.
